What Is Fitness Kickboxing?

Our Fitness Kickboxing classes blend AUTHENTIC Boxing, Muay Thai, and Jeet Kune Do techniques into a functional fitness workout.

This isn’t gimmicky, watered-down kickboxing with boring routines taught by trainers with zero Kickboxing experience. We use practical combinations, taught by experienced coaches.

And don’t worry. You won’t get hit. But you WILL hit the heavy bags and do other conditioning drills like a pro fighter.

What Will Our Fitness Kickboxing Program Do For You?

The biggest allure of kickboxing is WHAT IT CAN DO FOR YOUR BODY.

That’s why kickboxing has such a growing legion of fans: it’s a full-body workout that delivers.

During a typical class, you work your calves, thighs, glutes, torso, abs, shoulders, biceps, triceps, deltoids, trapezoids, and back. Virtually no body part is left unworked.

I asked Shaneeka to share her Success Story with me.

What stands out most about her is how encouraging and upbeat she is during the classes, and how committed she is to her goals.

I was very unhappy about how I looked physically and I used bad food choices as a coping mechanism.

I just didn’t feel good about myself.

I tried diet pills, and skipping meals. They didn’t work because the key to being healthy and losing weight is taking small steps, commitment, and making healthy food choices.

I saw an ad on the internet for Fighting Fit Boot Camp, and the website and success stories ignited my interest.

I set a goal to talk to Coach Forrest and to hopefully get on the right track. I went to one class and knew instantly that this was the place for me.

Not only was Forrest awesome, but all the coaches and students were so supportive.

I took part in a six week Body Transformation program they were having and lost 11 pounds.

I was so elated from the bonds that were formed through this group. I also loved the support and encouragement everyone gave each other.

I have changed my eating habits and I look forward to the boot camp and kickboxing classes. I actually enjoy working out, and feel so much more healthy and fit.

I’m in the second six week challenge and have greater expectations for success this time around.

I’m not at my ideal weight yet, but I will get there with the help of great people like Coach Forrest and all the coaches and students at Fighting Fit.
