That’s why we offer 2 Beginner classes each week — so that you can build a solid foundation with others who are at a similar skill level to you. You’ll never feel lost or too “out of shape”.

A Variety Of Partner Pad & Glove Drills

It’s always more fun to train with a partner. And you’ll get to learn how the techniques of Muay Thai are applied through drills that are safe and challenging.
